A Project Report On Recruitment And Selection In Bpo'S

This whole thing started at Aditya Girl'S Hostel in Pune. It’s located at Sr No 20 in Bharat Colony. Living and working in Karvenagar means there is always something happening outside the window. We focus on this project about recruitment and selection in BPOs. It sounds very formal when you say it out loud but really it’s just a lot of research and talking to people. The hostel environment isn't where you’d expect a business project to sit, but it works for us for now. There are books everywhere and stacks of notes on the small tables we use. We spend a lot of time looking at how BPOs hire people and what makes the process work or fail for the candidates. Karvenagar has plenty of students around, so the energy is high most of the time. Sometimes the noise from the hostel makes it hard to concentrate, but you get used to the sounds of life. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or leather chairs. We just have our desks and our laptops in this shared hostel space. It’s honest work and it takes a lot of hours to get the details right in these reports. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the writing. The address in Bharat Colony is where we stay and where all the brainstorming happens. It’s a tight-knit group here and we all help out when someone gets stuck.
