Our office is in Pune, right at 105 Pragati Towers. It sits across from the Shivaji Nagar ST bus stand in a very crowded part of the city. There's always a lot of noise. Being so close to the bus stand is actually quite handy for us. We deal with various agro products and have been at this for a while now. The office isn't very big and usually stays packed with samples and boxes. Formal meetings aren't really our thing. Most of the day is spent sitting around and figuring out logistics. Even though the office is in the city, we spend plenty of time going out to rural areas to see the crops for ourselves. Our team is just a small group of people who have known each other for years. No one here really has a corporate vibe. We just talk like normal people and try to handle any problems that come our way. Sometimes the traffic in Shivaji Nagar is a total mess or the building elevator breaks down, but we just get on with it. It’s a very practical and straightforward business. High-end marketing tricks aren't used here. Our focus stays on the products and the people we deal with every day. It is just a simple way of doing things in a busy city.
