Hare Krishna Rice Mills

Hare Krishna Rice Mills is located at Shop No -33, which is right near Munak Road in Barauta. It is a busy area with a lot of vehicles passing by all day long. We have been operating out of this shop for a good while. The space is filled with the sound of the mill and the smell of processed rice. We spend our days loading and unloading sacks. Some of them are quite heavy, but we are used to it by now. The walls of the shop are a bit stained from the dust, but that’s just part of the business. We don't have any fancy furniture, just some wooden stools and a sturdy table for the scales. People come from all over Barauta to bring us their grain. We try to keep the machinery in good shape so it doesn't break down when we need it most. The Munak Road gets very dusty in the summer, and that dust mixes with the rice hulls. We have a small crew of guys who do the heavy lifting. We don't talk much about our history or anything like that, we just focus on the work in front of us. It is a straightforward operation. You bring the paddy, we process it, and you go on your way. It is what we have always done here at Shop No -33.
