Gopal Marbles

We are over at 475 Mumfordganj, which is a bit of a different feel than the big industrial yards. It’s more of a neighborhood spot where we have been for a while. Mumfordganj has its own pace, and we fit right into it. Our space is used for storing the marble we have available, and we keep it as tidy as you can keep a stone yard. People around here know us well, and often they just drop by to see what’s new or to ask a quick question about a project they are starting. It’s not a massive operation, but we take care of what we have. The stones are stacked up so people can walk around them without too much trouble. We spend most of our time out there, making sure the pieces are handled right. There’s a lot of history in this area, and we like being part of the local fabric. Our office is just a small corner where we handle the bills and talk to the guys who help us with the heavy lifting. It’s quiet enough on some days, then suddenly we’ll have a few trucks show up and things get very busy very fast. We don’t go in for anything flashy; we just provide the marble and keep things moving. It’s worked for us for years, and we don’t see any reason to change how we operate in this locality.
