Started here in Ashok Nagar quite a while back. Plot No.437/189 isn't hard to find once you know the Nivada Colony landmark. It’s mostly family and some hands we’ve had for years. The office gets dusty because of the road, but we keep at it. Most mornings start with checking what came in overnight and getting the tea going. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything. It's just desks, old chairs, and a lot of registers. People stop by because they know where we are. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit. It’s a quiet enough spot if you ignore the bikes going past. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, more houses going up near the colony. My sons are around most days helping out with the paperwork and the heavy lifting. We don’t really do big meetings. Just talk across the room. If someone needs something, they walk in. It's a simple setup. We deal with whatever comes our way, usually finishing up by the time the sun starts going down. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. Just a regular business trying to stay busy and keep the records straight. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done regardless. That's pretty much how it goes for us day in and day out. It’s home for us, and we like being here. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without too much fuss.
