Akshat Traders

If you come by Akshat Traders, you’ll definitely hear the trains. We’re located at Plot No.-332 in Jhusi Rawat, right near the railway line. The ground shakes a little bit every time an express goes past, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our place is quite simple, just a plot where we manage our trading business. It’s not paved or fancy, just a practical space for storing what we need. Jhusi Rawat is a bit out of the way, which suits us just fine because we have enough room to breathe. We spend a lot of time outside, checking on stock or talking to drivers who bring in goods. The office is just a small room with a fan that clicks a lot. We keep our records in big physical registers mostly, though there's a computer that we use sometimes. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we usually start very early in the morning to beat the heat. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or residential patches. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the number on the gate. It’s an honest way to make a living, dealing with goods and moving them from one place to another. We know the train schedule better than the actual clock sometimes. That’s just life here by the tracks.
