We’ve been operating as an LLP for a bit, and we keep things pretty simple. Most of us who work here have grown up in or around Allahabad. We like the energy of G T B Nagar. There’s always something happening right outside the door. Inside, we focus on the food business. We don't have a lot of slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the food is handled properly. The food industry can be tricky, but we’ve found our pace. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the day is going. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't use much jargon. If something isn't working, we just fix it. Being at C - 249 feels right for us. It’s a practical location for reaching different parts of the city. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at night.
