Dr Brajesh Kumar Pandey S S Inter College

We are located on Dhakwa Malhipur Road in Sonpura, which is in the Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. The full name is Dr Brajesh Kumar Pandey S S Inter College, though most people in this area just know us by where we sit. It is a bit of a rural setting here at 230121. The college is not fancy at all. It is basically a collection of rooms where we hold our classes for the older students. Being an Inter College, we see many young people preparing for what comes next in their lives. The road outside can get quite dusty during the dry months. We do not have a massive gate or anything impressive like that. It is just a functional place for learning. The teachers arrive every morning, often on their bicycles or by walking, and we get the day started. We have the usual blackboards and wooden desks. Some of the walls could probably use a bit of a new coat of paint, but the roof is solid and keeps the rain out. It is a place for studying, without all the extra things you often see in the city schools. We just want to make sure the students in this part of Pratapgarh have a place to go that is near their homes. It is a quiet life for the most part, except when the bell rings for the end of a period. We take things as they come and keep the college moving forward year after year.
