Sri Laxmi Export

We are located at No 23/1 on School Street in Alankuppam. It’s a small village area and the school is right nearby, so you can always hear the kids playing or the bell ringing throughout the day. Our workspace is just a simple building where we manage all the export stuff. We don’t have any big signs out front, just the number on the door. It’s a local operation through and through. Most of the folks who help us out live just a few streets away. We spend our mornings going through the stock and making sure everything is ready for the trucks. The roads in Alankuppam are a bit narrow, so when a big lorry comes to pick up the export goods, it’s always a bit of a squeeze. We have a small table for the accounts and a lot of shelf space for the items we handle. It is not a polished office with air conditioning; we just open the windows and let the breeze in. Sometimes we get distracted by the neighborhood news, but we always get back to the packing. We’ve been here for a while and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s just a practical, local business doing what we know how to do without any fancy talk or expensive equipment. We just take it one shipment at a time.
