Arun Associates

We are at No 106, V V P Nagar, right on Vazhudaur Road in Thattanchavadi. This office of Arun Associates has been around for quite some time. Vazhudaur Road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our door. Our office is a very basic setup. We have a couple of desks, some plastic chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of paper everywhere. We don’t go in for any of that corporate stuff. We’re just local people helping other local people with property and documents. Thattanchavadi is a hardworking area and we fit right in. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people find us because they were walking by or a neighbor told them to come here. We try to be honest and direct. If we don’t know something, we’ll say so and then try to find out. It gets a bit dusty with all the cars going by, but we keep the fan running and the door open. We know the local shop owners and often share a tea with them in the afternoon. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. Every day brings someone new with a different question or a different problem to solve. Sometimes we get behind on filing, but we always catch up eventually.
