If you are looking for us, we are over at 67 and 68 Srimathi Illa on Melango Nagar 6th Cross. It is a decent-sized space, which is good because we tend to spread things out quite a bit when a new project comes in. Between the two units, we have enough room for the drafting tables and all the samples that seem to pile up no matter how often we try to organize them. You will find bits of stone, wood swatches, and piles of site reports almost everywhere. The neighborhood is fairly typical, and we have gotten used to the daily rhythm of the street outside. We spend most of our hours here, sometimes staring at a blank page for too long or arguing over where a specific wall should go. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment at all. It is more of a place where we drink too much tea and try to solve puzzles involving space and materials. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is dead quiet for hours. We just keep at it, drawing and redrawing until the plans look right. The layout of the office is very simple, nothing flashy to show off to visitors. We just need the light to be good and enough flat surfaces to roll out a full set of prints. It is just us doing our thing at Melango Nagar, trying to keep up with the work as it comes through the door.
