You can find us at number 36 on Dr Ambedkar Street in the Padmini Nagar area of Pondicherry. We are tucked away in the Kurusukuppam part of town, right near Padmini Thottam. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Sengazhunir Amman Temple, which is a big local landmark that most people know. Being near the temple means there is always something happening outside, especially during festivals. Our office at Auro Architects is a straightforward place. We don’t go in for anything too polished or corporate. It is just a space where we can focus on our drawings and meet with people to discuss their building ideas. The neighborhood is quite lively, and we have been here long enough to know most of our neighbors. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the site and the office, so things can get a bit messy with rolls of paper and samples lying around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just the staff here doing the work. Pondicherry has its own way of doing things, and we try to work within that local rhythm. It is a practical office for practical work. We just show up every day, take on the projects we have, and try to get the details right without making things overly complicated. It is a good place to work and we enjoy the daily routine of the street.
