Vkan Architects

Vkan Architects is located down at 90 Vinayagar Kowil Street in Panang Kuppam. It is part of the Valavanur Post area in Villupuram. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know exactly where we are. It is a bit of a trek if you are not from around here, but we like the slower pace of life in this part of town. The office is pretty basic, just some sturdy desks and our computers where we do all the architectural planning. There is a temple nearby, so we hear the bells ringing sometimes during the day. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and talking to local builders. It is not a fast-paced environment, but we stay busy enough with the work that comes in. Villupuram-605108 is our home, and we try to help out anyone who comes in looking for help with their building ideas. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us doing the work as it comes to us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or talk about the next project. It is an honest living, and we really enjoy the different people we meet. The street can get a bit dusty, but that is just how things are here. We try to be practical with our designs and listen to what people actually need for their homes.
