You can find us at number 338 on Bharathi Street, which is a pretty central part of Puducherry. Being so close to the Big Bazaar means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise outside our doors. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years. Inside, we try to keep things simple and functional for whoever stops by. It’s a busy building and we are usually occupied with the day-to-day tasks that come with running a place in such a high-traffic area. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work around here. Sometimes the traffic on Bharathi Street makes it hard to get deliveries in, but we manage. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything is in its right place for the next day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People coming from the main post office or the market often drop in because we are right on their way. We don’t really have a fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on being here at the shop and taking care of the people who walk through the door. The building itself is an older one, which gives it some character, though it does mean we are always fixing a leaky tap or painting a wall to keep it looking okay.
