We have been located here on the Udumalpet Main Road for a long while now. It is a fairly quiet spot in Pappankulam Village, mostly surrounded by open land. We spend our days working with organic and agro products because that is what the soil around here is best for. Our place isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or expensive furniture. It is just a practical building where we get the daily work done. Most mornings start early for us, usually right when the sun begins to show over the fields. We handle quite a few different items depending on what the season is bringing in. It can get a little hectic sometimes with the trucks moving in and out, especially since we sit right on the main road. Dust settles on just about everything, but we don't mind it much. People in the village know exactly where to find us if they need anything. We do not spend a lot of time on computers or making big business plans. Instead, we just focus on the tasks right in front of us. It is hard work, and my hands are usually covered in dirt by lunchtime. That is just how it goes when you are working with the earth and local products. If you happen to pass by Pappankulam, you will likely see our gate. We try to keep things simple and honest here. It is a small operation, really, and we just take things one day at a time.
