Our business is Youth Success Trades and we operate out of Patna City. Specifically, we are down at Ratan Lal’s place on Tiwari Lane, which is over by Choti Patan Devi. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly spend our time working on trade skills for the younger crowd. It’s not a fancy office. We have some tables and chairs and plenty of paperwork to deal with every day. The lane can get pretty crowded with people and traffic, but that’s just how it is in this part of Patna. We aren't some big corporate entity with a huge budget. We are just a small team trying to help folks learn things that actually matter for their jobs. Sometimes we get a bit behind on things, but we always catch up. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a shiny sign or a lobby. People just walk in and we talk to them about what they need. It’s honest work. We stay here until the evening most days. Bihar is where we are from and where we stay. We don't try to sound more important than we are. If you need to find us, just head down the lane near the temple. We’ll be there working. It’s a simple life and a simple business, just how we like it.
