USRM CEMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is in Village Keshopur, over in the Simri police station area. It’s part of Rajpur in Buxar. We are a cement company, USRM Cements. Life in Buxar is steady, and we fit right into that. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We work out of the village. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where we do our business. The 802113 area is our home. We deal with the cement bags every day, loading them up for the local construction projects. It’s a private limited company, but we keep things very local. There’s a lot of manual work involved. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just supply cement. Sometimes the weather in Bihar gets really tough, especially the heat, but the work doesn't stop. We have a small crew of people from the nearby villages. Everyone knows everyone here. We keep our records in order and try to be helpful when someone comes by looking for materials. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the builders in Rajpur and Simri have what they need for their houses. It’s a quiet spot, but we stay busy with the orders. Sometimes the cows from the nearby farms wander near our gates. It's a real village atmosphere. We don't have a fancy paved parking lot. It's just dirt and gravel. When the trucks come in, they kick up dust.
