Tracon Career Point Private Limited

Tracon Career Point Private Limited is on the second floor of the Nippo Battery Building. We are located on Rajendra Path, right in Free Press Lane, Kadamkua, Patna. It’s a very well-known spot, so we don't usually have to give too many directions. The building is one of those classic Patna structures, a bit grey and industrial-looking. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of a breeze if the windows are open, though it also brings in the noise from the street. We help people with their careers, mostly through coaching and advice. The office is full of books and old files piled up in corners. We have a small waiting area with some plastic chairs that have been there since we opened. It’s not a luxury setup by any means. We are more interested in the work than the décor. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a good rhythm. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight of the afternoon. Kadamkua is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we have to shout over the honking cars during our meetings. It’s just the reality of working in the heart of the city. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else, though. It feels like we are in the middle of all the action and seeing all the young people trying to find their path makes the work feel quite real and grounded for us.
