Tintin Macaroni And Pasta

So we are here in Patna Sadar, right near the Hanuman Mandir. It's a busy spot in Ward No. 69, especially around the Marufganj post office area. Tintin Macaroni And Pasta is basically just us working away every day with the flour and the machines. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the warehouse, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. The pasta making is a loud process, you can hear the clinking of the metal parts from the street sometimes. We started this because we wanted something local to do. People walk by on their way to the temple and sometimes peek in to see what’s going on. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything, just the workspace where the magic happens. The bins are full of macaroni shapes and we spend a lot of time checking the bags. It’s hard work, mostly lifting heavy sacks and making sure the drying process is going right. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The mail comes to the Marufganj post office and the postman knows us well by now. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated. We just focus on getting the pasta done and loaded. It feels good to see the trucks pull up and take the crates away. That’s pretty much how it goes for us day in and day out here in Patna.
