Krishna Neelam Foods & Organisers

Our place is right there at Goyal House in North Shri Krishna Puri. If you are coming down Boring Road in Patna, we are quite close to the Krishna Apartment, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Krishna Neelam Foods & Organisers has been a part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. We handle a lot of things, mostly related to food and putting together local events. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we sit down with clients to talk about menus. In the back, you can often smell whatever is being prepped for the day. Patna can be a very busy and loud city, and Boring Road is right in the middle of that chaos. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers, trying to make sure the vegetables are fresh or that the tents are being set up on time for a function. It is a lot of physical work, especially when we have to move big containers of food or crates of supplies. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the streets of Patna like the back of their hands. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to get the cooking and the organizing done. Some days are more stressful than others, especially during the wedding season when everyone wants things done at the same time. We just take it one day at a time here.
