Tiffinbus is based over in Kidwai Puri, in the Adarsh Colony area of Patna. It is run from a place associated with the late S.P. Sinha's family. We focus on food and drinks, mostly things that people need for their daily meals. Kidwai Puri is a busy spot, and we are right there in the mix. The whole idea started because people in the city are always looking for a decent meal while they are at work. We are not some huge catering company with hundreds of employees. It is a smaller group of us making sure everything is prepared right. The kitchen gets pretty hot and noisy around lunchtime. We do not use fancy terms to describe what we do. We just make food and get it to where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic in Patna makes deliveries a real headache, but we try our best. It is a practical business. We deal with regular ingredients and local suppliers. You will not find us in a high-rise office. We are on the ground, literally. It is a lot of manual work and checking orders. We have been doing this from Adarsh Colony for a while now. It feels more like a community service sometimes because we know so many of the people eating our food. We keep things simple and honest here.
