Teleperformance

Our office is situated in Belwarganj, right in the Alamganj area near the Old City Court in Patna. It is a very old part of the city with narrow lanes and a lot of history. Working here at Teleperformance means we are right in the thick of it. The building is older than it looks from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly rows of desks and people with headsets on. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours when everyone is talking at once. We don't have a cafeteria or anything like that, so we usually go out to the local stalls for some litti chokha or tea during our breaks. The walk to the Old City Court is short, and there are always people milling about. It’s not the most modern office in the world, but it serves its purpose. We deal with a lot of calls and data every day. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a minute to stretch our legs. It’s a hardworking environment without much fluff. We aren't here to make grand statements about the future or anything. We just handle the work as it comes in and try to stay on top of the queue. It is a gritty, real place to work in Bihar and we like the people here.
