Inside, it’s mostly just books, some chairs, and a desk where we handle things. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just do our work and talk to the people who come in. Being near the petrol pump means there’s always a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a couple of days. We spend a lot of time here, often starting quite early before the sun gets too hot. The rooms are basic and functional. We don't spend money on expensive furniture when the books are what matter. It’s a simple, straightforward place. People stop by to ask questions or to drop off papers. We just take it one day at a time, keeping things running in this busy part of Patna. It’s a very direct and no-nonsense way of doing things, just like the city itself.
