We are based out of an apartment in the Savitri Residency building in East Patel Nagar. It is Flat Number 401. This part of Patna, near the Board Colony, is always humming with people and traffic. Being in an apartment means we don't have a huge warehouse, so we have to be very organized with how we store our food products. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking lists of what needs to be moved. It’s a bit different from a big industrial site, but it works for us. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who manage the paperwork and the distribution. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, and we have to carry small boxes up and down the stairs, which is a good workout I suppose. We keep things simple here. There are no big posters or mission statements on the walls. We just have our desks, some computers, and a lot of samples lying around. We focus on getting the food items from the suppliers to the local shops without too much trouble. It is a quiet operation compared to the noisy streets outside. We’ve been in this area for a bit now and we like the convenience of being in Patel Nagar. It’s just us doing our thing in a small corner of the city. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.
