Syolo Food Products Private Limited is based out of Hajipur. We are located in the Ander Kila area. The office is at the residence of Annu Singh, who is Sunil Singh’s wife. This is in Vaishali, pincode 844101. We focus on making food products for the shops around here. It is a local operation and we don't have many employees on the payroll. Most of the work happens in a few rooms we have set up for production. Hajipur is a good place to be because it’s easy to get things moved around on the roads. We spend our mornings checking the stock and ingredients. The afternoons are usually for processing and getting things ready for the next day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there or anything. We just want to make enough to keep the doors open and the bills paid. Annu Singh is around most of the time to keep an eye on things and help out. It’s a family-style environment here for us. We don't wear uniforms or have strict rules like big corporations. As long as the work gets done, we are happy. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It's just part of the job. People in Ander Kila know us and what we do. We’ve been around for a bit now. It is a simple life but we like it. We just keep doing our thing every day.
