Our office is right in the middle of everything in Patna. We are up on the 5th floor of Kaushalya Estate, room 507. If you’ve ever been to Dak Bunglow crossing, you know exactly where we are. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. Kotwali is always loud, but up on the fifth floor, it’s a bit quieter. Swansgreen Estate is where we handle all our property work. We deal with commercial and residential stuff all across the city. Being in the 800001 area means we see a lot of action. There are always people looking for office space or apartments nearby. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we don't need to. People walk in because they see the sign or heard about us from someone else. The elevator in the building works most of the time, which is good. We spend our hours looking at blueprints and talking to clients. It’s a lot of back and forth with legal stuff and government offices. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a small office, but we stay busy. Real estate in central Patna is competitive, but we just focus on our own files. We don’t make big claims. We just show properties and help with the paperwork. It’s what we’ve always done. It’s just a normal office job where we handle real estate matters for the local folks.
