Our office is tucked away in the Maa Sharde Complex, specifically at 186/B. It’s a bit of a long name, Sai Kripa Computech Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., but we usually just go by the first part when we’re talking to people. S.K Puri is a decent area and we've been operating out of here for a while now. It’s mostly just us handling local property needs and some tech-related things that got bundled into the name years ago. The complex gets really busy around midday, but it’s a good spot for people to find us. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees or anything. It's just a few of us working through files and talking to people who want to buy or lease something in the city. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, to be honest. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to meet clients at different sites. It’s a lot of manual work, checking papers and making sure everything is correct. People come in with all sorts of questions about land and flats. We do our best to answer them based on what we see happening in the market day to day. It’s practical work. No big speeches or fancy brochures here. We just keep the records straight and help where we can. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait, chatting with the neighbors. It’s a normal business life for us here.
