Unnati Property

We have our small office for Unnati Property located at Pandooi Place on Boring Road. It’s a busy area and things are always moving fast around here. Most of the time, we are out on the streets looking at buildings or meeting people who want to move into the neighborhood. Dealing with property isn't always easy because there's so much paperwork and people have many questions about locations. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting in the office waiting for someone to drop by. Boring Road is a good place to be because everyone knows it, and it makes finding us a bit easier for clients. We aren't a big corporation or anything. It’s just us trying to help people find a decent place to live or a shop to rent. Sometimes we have to walk up and down many stairs in old buildings just to check a flat. It gets tiring, especially when the weather is hot. We keep a lot of files in our cabinets, and sometimes it feels like we are drowning in maps and documents. But that’s just how this business goes. We know the streets around here quite well by now. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking at a list of available flats. It is straightforward work, really, just connecting one person with another. We've been at this for some time now.
