Kalims Business Center

Kalims Business Center is tucked away at B-20 in the Grand Plaza on Frazer Road. It's one of those older buildings that has a lot of character. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Being on Frazer Road means there’s always something happening outside. It’s a central spot, which is handy for getting around. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms and a main area where people congregate. It’s not the most modern place in the world, but everything works. The lift in Grand Plaza can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so most of us just take the stairs. We know the security guards and the other folks in the building. It’s a bit like a small community inside the plaza. We keep our files in big cabinets and try to stay on top of things. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. We have a small corner for making coffee and tea. The view from the window is just the street below, but it’s interesting to watch people. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just provide the space and do our business. It’s a reliable spot for us. If you’re looking for B-20, just head towards the back of the plaza. We're usually there until late. The ceiling tiles are a bit yellowed but the place is clean enough.
