Our little spot is tucked inside the Chandra complex on Boring Road in Patna. Finding us isn't too hard because the Manyavar store in Patliputra is right nearby. Boring Road always feels alive with people, and there is constantly something happening right outside our windows. We have seen plenty of students and office workers come through our doors since we opened. Life here in 800013 is fast-paced, but we try to take it one order at a time. No corporate teams or polished managers work here; it’s just us keeping the kitchen running and making sure the floor stays clean. Rain can turn the roads into a bit of a mess, but that doesn't stop folks from visiting. We just wanted a spot where people could grab a meal without any unnecessary fuss. The Chandra complex might be an older building, but we like the history it has. Occasionally we run out of a certain ingredient or the delivery truck gets stuck, but we figure it out. That is how things go for small businesses in Patna. A lot of hours go into this place, from the very first light in the morning until we lock up at night. We aren't aiming to be a massive chain. We just do our work. If you are walking past Manyavar, look for Swaaddesh inside the complex. We will probably be there cleaning or cooking something up.
