We’ve been over here at Gouri Kunj for a while now. Sheikhpura is a busy spot, and our building usually has something going on. Skill Foods got started because we thought things could be handled a bit differently around here. It isn't always easy keeping everything moving, especially when the weather gets hot or the deliveries are late. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we know the people walking past our door every morning. We handle a lot of the food processing and packing ourselves. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the trucks are loading out front. We try to keep things simple. If there is a problem, we just sit down and figure it out. It is a small team, maybe just a handful of people most days. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big speeches. Mostly, we just focus on the orders we have for the day. It’s honest work. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing, and other days it is quiet enough to hear the fan buzzing in the corner. We like it that way. Being part of the neighborhood feels right. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs right and make sure everything that leaves our doors is what it should be.
