SAIMURTI PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Saimurti Properties is located at A-32, Road No 24 in the Adarsh Vihar Colony of Rajiv Nagar. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is usually pretty quiet around our office. We work out of a house here, which makes it feel very informal and local. Saimurti Properties Private Limited is our official name, but mostly we are just the people you go to for property questions in Rajiv Nagar. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy brochures. People usually just find us by walking down Road 24 or hearing about us from a friend in the colony. We handle a lot of different real estate matters, like helping people find houses or checking on local plots. Most of our day is spent either in the front office or out visiting properties nearby. Rajiv Nagar has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen it happen. We keep our records in simple ledgers and folders. It is a lot of manual work, but it is what we know. We don't use any complicated sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is with the land. It is a very practical way to run a business. The office is just a regular part of the neighborhood, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to be anything other than a local real estate office for our neighbors.
