People around Boring Road probably know where Nistha Enclave is. That is where Sahay Food Products (P) Ltd. sits. We spend most of our mornings here at Plot No. 2C just getting things ready. It gets pretty busy around noon with people coming in and out. The weather lately has been quite hot, making it a bit tough to work in the back, but we get through it. We handle a lot of different food items. Some days are just about checking the labels or making sure the bags are sealed right. It is not some fancy setup with a big lobby. It is just a workspace where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the traffic outside on Boring Road is so loud we can barely hear each other talk inside. We have been here for a while now. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. We just focus on what needs doing for the day and then head home. It is honest work, really. Not much to look at from the outside, but we keep the place clean. If you walk past the enclave, you might see us loading up some crates. It is just how life goes here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the food products are handled okay before they go out to whoever needs them.
