Romelt-Sail India Limited

We are located at Nand Kunj, which is on Yaduvansh Path, just off Boring Road in Patna. Boring Road is a very busy area, so it’s always lively around here. Our office is at 3/7, and it’s where Romelt-Sail India Limited does most of its administrative work. We deal with complicated iron-making technologies, but the office itself is very plain and down-to-earth. We have some old steel desks and chairs that have been with us for years. There are stacks of technical reports and engineering drawings everywhere you look. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of modern art or fancy lighting. We just have a few overhead tubes and some desktop lamps. The team here is like a small family. We’ve worked together for a long time and we know how to handle the occasional power cut or the noise from the street traffic. We don't have a big reception area, so if you come by, you'll probably just walk right into the main workspace. We spend our days checking data and talking to our partners. There is a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea, which we do several times a day. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We stay focused on the engineering and the technical side of the business without worrying about looking corporate or polished. It’s just how we have always done things here in Patna.
