Chains Centre

You can find us at Syama Santi Kunj, which is on the main Boring Road stretch. We’ve been here for a good while, focusing mostly on chains and related small parts. It’s not a massive showroom, just a straightforward shop where we keep everything organized on the shelves as best as we can. Boring Road is always noisy and moving, so we’ve gotten used to the constant sound of traffic outside the door. Most of our customers are locals who need a replacement part or are looking for something specific for their machinery or bikes. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing here. Usually, someone walks in with a broken piece, shows it to us, and we see if we have a match in the back. It’s a lot of looking through bins and boxes sometimes. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we know where everything is kept. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we might open a little late if the commute is bad. There’s a lot of competition around here, but we just stick to what we do and try to help people out. It’s a small team, maybe just two or three of us on a busy day. We don't have a website or anything like that. If you need something, you just stop by and ask. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay busy and provide what the neighborhood needs on this side of Patna.
