Operating out of an apartment in Kadamkuan is just how we do things. We are at Santi Vihar, specifically in Block D, room 302. It’s a quiet residential building in the Lohanipur area of Patna. You won't find a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a home office where we handle our daily tasks. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with papers, files, and maybe a few computers running. We take care of various projects and consultations from here. Patna can be a very loud city, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit calmer. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us working through the lists every day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s a very practical setup without any unnecessary decorations or expensive furniture. We prefer it this way because it keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the actual work. Visitors usually sit on the sofa in the main room while we go over whatever they need. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and the neighbors are used to seeing people come and go for Rishi Kumar Mayank. It’s just a regular Patna life, working hard in a small space and making sure everything gets finished on time without any extra fuss.
