We set up Passerina Foods And Beverages Privatelimited right here in Gayatri Nagar. It’s a local spot in Motihari, specifically over in East Champaran. Prem Chandra Prasad Gupta and the rest of us handle the daily operations from the house of Ganesh Prasad. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It is just a food and drink business we started to keep busy and serve the area. People around here know where to find us. We mostly deal with basic food items and different kinds of beverages. The work is steady and we try to keep things organized. It gets a bit dusty on the roads around here sometimes, but we manage. We aren't looking to become some giant global brand, just keeping the local supply going. The building is easy to spot if you are familiar with the neighborhood. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready for the day's orders. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but that’s just life in Motihari. We have been here for a bit now and people seem to know the name. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy offices or a big reception area.
