We are located in Simra Parsa Bazar, right near the government school. You can usually hear the kids playing or the teachers talking during the day. Kusum Agro Endeavour is basically a group of us trying to make the agro business work in this specific area. We deal with various farm supplies and whatever the local growers need. The market here in Simra Parsa is always crowded on the big bazaar days. We have a small warehouse that we try to keep as organized as possible. It is not always perfect, but it works for what we need. We are not interested in using fancy business talk. We just sit down with the farmers and see what they need for their crops this season. Some days are very slow and we just sit outside. Other days we can barely keep up with the orders. We have a few staff members who live right around the corner. We all grew up in this area so we know the land and the local people pretty well. The school nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find our gate. We started small and have stayed that way for a bit. Now we handle more volume but the work is the same. It is just daily grit and keeping the books straight. We do not have a marketing department. We just have our names and our reputation in the market.
