Palash Food

We are up on the second floor of Kamlesh Market. It is right there in Ramkrishna Nagar, very close to the New Bypass Road. Being on the second floor means we have to carry almost everything up the stairs by hand. It keeps us fit, but it is definitely tiring. The market is always crowded with people looking for different things. We focus on food products and keeping our stock levels right. Our space is usually filled with bags and cardboard boxes. It is a bit tight, but we make it work somehow. The bypass road nearby is always humming with the sound of heavy traffic. It never really stops, even late at night. We have one small window that looks out over the street. Sometimes I just stand there for a minute to watch the cars go by when I need a break. We do not have a receptionist or anyone like that. If you come in, you will probably see me or my brother working at the main table. We do all our own loading and unloading most of the time. It is hard work and the market can get very hot in the summer. We have a small cooler that barely helps with the heat. We just drink a lot of water and keep moving. We have been in this spot for a few years now and the neighbors are good people. We help each other out if someone needs a hand.
