You can find us in the Raj Niketan Building on Exhibition Road. We are right near Lav Kush Tower and that Golden Ice Cream Factory everyone knows. It’s a busy part of town. Om Vinayak Pipes & Tubes is the name on the sign. We spend our days surrounded by metal. There are pipes of all sizes and tubes stacked up. It’s not a clean job, you usually end up with some grease or rust on your hands. But it’s what we do. The building is old but it works for us. We have a small space where we talk to customers and write down orders. Most of the time we are out back or checking the stock. Exhibition Road always has something going on, so there’s plenty of noise. We don't use any high-tech systems. We just have our ledgers and we know where everything is kept. If someone needs a specific size, we go find it. We’ve been in this spot for years. The neighbors are good people. Sometimes we get a treat from the ice cream factory nearby when it’s hot. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier around. We just want to provide what people need for their construction or repair jobs. It’s honest work. We open early and stay until the last order is loaded up. We just keep it simple and keep the metal moving every single day without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
