Multimon Estate and Infrastructure is right on Bailey Road in the Khajpura area. It is one of the busiest roads in Patna, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. Our office is located at Syed Akhtar Mahmood’s place. It is a practical setup for the kind of estate and infrastructure work we do. Patna is growing so fast these days that there is always something happening with real estate. We spend our time looking at project plans and dealing with the various details of managing estates. It is not a flashy office with a bunch of people in suits. We just have a few desks and a lot of papers. Sometimes the traffic on Bailey Road makes it hard for people to get to us, but we are always here. We aren't doing anything fancy like big television ads. Most of our work comes from long-standing connections in the city. Syed Akhtar Mahmood has been a part of this area for a long time, so people know where to find us. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day, whether that is checking on a construction site or sorting out some property documents. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done in this busy city.
