Master'S Learning Institute Private Limited is our company and we are out in Village Amhara in the Bihta area. Our specific location is House Number 1, which belongs to Upkar Mishra, the son of Udaynarayan Mishra. It is a family-connected spot and we have deep roots here in the village. Bihta is growing fast, but Amhara still feels like a proper village. We handle different learning programs for the people living around here. It is a very simple operation. We use part of the house for our office and teaching space. It is nothing like those big institutes you see in the city with glass walls and uniforms. We have brick walls and sturdy doors. Upkar Mishra is usually around if you need to talk about anything. We spend a lot of time sitting on the porch or in the main room discussing how to help the local students better. The internet can be a bit spotty out here sometimes, but we make do with what we have and keep moving forward. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who care about education. Most of our students walk or cycle over from nearby. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy videos to show you. We just tell people what we do and they decide if they want to join us. It is a very honest and basic way to run things, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
