Kushwaha Building Material

Kushwaha Building Material is located right in Village Janta Bazar. We are in the Lahaladhpur Tehsil, quite close to Panditpur. This is a rural area, so things move at a bit of a different pace than they do in the big cities. Our yard is filled with all the things people need for construction—bricks, sand, cement, and the like. It’s a dusty place, as you can imagine, especially when the wind picks up across the village fields. We’ve been here serving the local builders and families for a long time. People around Janta Bazar know where to find us. It’s not a fancy office; usually, we’re just sitting on a couple of chairs under a shade while we wait for the next tractor or truck to arrive. The work is physical and depends a lot on the weather. If it rains, things slow down. If it's sunny, we’re busy all day long. We don’t have a website or a marketing person to tell our story. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been at this spot near Panditpur for years. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s just us, the materials, and the people of the village. We focus on getting the supplies out to whoever needs them so they can finish their homes and buildings, day in and day out, without much fuss.
