Khetiharka Agro Private Limited is based out of Bodhgaya in Gaya. We operate from Kamlesh’s place. Gaya is a well-known place for many, but for us, it’s just home where we work the ground every single day. We started this because we wanted to have a proper company for our agricultural work. There are a lot of us involved in farming around here, and it makes sense to work as one. The soil in this part of Bihar is what we know best. We spend most of our mornings looking at the fields and seeing what needs doing. It’s not a corporate setup with suits and ties. Most days you’ll find us in dusty clothes talking about fertilizers or the current price of grain. We put the company name on paper so we could deal with the markets better. Kamlesh handles a lot of the coordination from his spot. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big team of experts, just local guys who understand how the land works. We’ve seen the seasons change for decades. Some years are good, some are lean. Having the company helps us stay organized when it comes to buying supplies. We are right here in the 823001 area if anyone needs to find us. It’s just about farming and trying to make a living. We don't do much talking, mostly just working. It’s a quiet life but it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset.
