House number 103 in Paimarpunpun village is where you will find us. It is a quiet place where most people know each other by their first names. Kitturaj Agro Private Limited started here because we wanted to be close to the actual land. There is no big office building with glass windows. It is just a regular house that serves as our base. Every morning, we open up and see the cattle moving past the front door. The air is different here than in the big cities. We deal with agricultural supplies and help out the local growers when they have questions about their soil or their seeds. It is a practical business. We do not use big words or have complicated meetings. We just sit around a wooden table and figure out what needs to reach which farm by the end of the week. Sometimes the phone signal is a bit weak, so people just walk over to talk to us in person. That is the way we like it. Working at house 103 means being part of the village life. We see the seasons change right outside our window. When the harvest time comes, everyone is busy and we are right there in the middle of it. It is not always easy work, and some days are longer than others, but it feels right to be doing this here in Paimarpunpun with people we have known for years.
