Focused School Skilling Private Limited is located over in Teacher Colony, Purnia. The address is Sri Sulekha’s place. It is not some big training center with flashing lights; it is just a few rooms where we plan out the skilling stuff for schools. The trees along the road provide some nice shade during the summer months. We started this because we saw a need in the local schools around Bihar. Most days start with a cup of chai and a look at the schedule. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. We just talk to people and do our work. The office feels more like a house because it basically is one. We keep the files in some old metal cabinets and have a couple of desks that have seen better days. It is a practical setup. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket outside and the noise comes right through the windows. We do not mind it. It is just a normal day for us here in Teacher Colony. We are just trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss. There is usually a bit of laundry hanging nearby because it is a lived-in street. We focus on the schools and leave the rest.
