Construction Material Supplier

Our yard is over in Mandiri. It is right near the Income Tax Office on Belly Road East, which is a landmark everyone knows around here. We deal with construction materials. Bricks, sand, cement, all that heavy stuff that builds the city. It is a dusty job. Every morning the trucks start rolling in or we get them ready to head out. We spend a lot of time checking the loads and making sure the counts are right. If the sand is too wet or the bricks are cracked, it's a problem, so we keep an eye on things. It is mostly outdoor work, so the weather really affects our day. When it rains, everything slows down and we get muddy. When it is hot, we drink a lot of water and try to find a bit of shade. The staff here has been together for a bit. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just work clothes that can get dirty. We know the builders around the neighborhood and they know where to find us. It is a straightforward business. We buy the materials, we store them, and we send them out. There is always noise from the traffic on Belly Road and the sound of heavy bags being moved. It’s loud and it’s hard work, but we are used to it by now.
