Our office is located at House Number 1/10 on Vivekanand Marg in the N.S.K. Puri section of Patna. It’s a busy little area, but our street is a bit more tucked away from the main noise. The building is an older house that has been used for various things over the years. We have a few rooms dedicated to our computers and the training we do. It’s nothing like those big tech centers you see in movies. It’s just some sturdy tables, lots of wires running along the walls, and chairs that have been sat in for a long time. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but sometimes the internet acts up or a computer needs a bit of a restart. We are a small group of people who just like working with technology. There’s a small courtyard in the back where we sometimes go to take a breather when the weather is nice. The front door is usually kept open during the day to let some air in. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit waiting to greet you. You just walk in and find one of us at a desk. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or helping people learn the basics. It’s a simple, no-nonsense environment. We’ve got some posters on the walls about different software, but they’re mostly there to cover up some of the peeling paint. It’s a real place where real work happens every single day for the local community.
