Celbe Foodworks Private Limited is located at Plot No-24 in Murmuri Tolabarafkhana. It’s an interesting name for a place, and we’ve been here for a while now. The area is mostly industrial and residential mixed together. We have a small plot where we do our food work. It’s not a massive factory, just a decent-sized space that fits our equipment and a few workers. We spend most of our time thinking about how to improve our food processes. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we don't do much advertising. People mostly find us through word of mouth. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it’s sturdy. We focus more on what’s happening inside than how the outside looks. Dealing with food means we have to be careful about hygiene and storage, so we spend a lot of time on that. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find it satisfying. The staff here are mostly from the local neighborhood. We all know each other well. We don't use corporate titles or have formal meetings. We just talk over lunch about what needs to be done. It’s a simple, honest way to run Celbe Foodworks. We keep the doors open and the work moving, no matter what challenges come our way. It’s just how we do things here in Tolabarafkhana, and we like it that way.
