We are located in Phulari Tola, right here in the Mahadeopur area of Patna. If you know Pitamber Nagar, you can find us easily. Arbind Kumar runs the place and mostly we just spend our days dealing with piles of grain and the loud hum of the grinding machines. It gets quite dusty inside the mill when we are busy, but that is just how it is with flour. This is a small spot in the Panchi-Sirampur-Bihta belt. We started this because there was a need for a local mill that just does the job without any fuss. Usually, you will see a few of us moving heavy sacks around or checking the machines to make sure they aren't getting stuck. The weather in Bihar can make things tricky, especially when it rains and we have to keep everything dry, but we manage somehow. It is not a fancy setup with big offices or anything like that. We have some basic tools and a few rooms to store things. People from the village come by, and we talk about the harvest or the price of wheat while the machines do their work. It is loud and busy most mornings. We don't really have a big team, just a few local hands who know how to handle the grain. Every day is pretty much the same, starting early and finishing when the last batch is done. That is our life here at Bhagyachandan Flour Mills.
